Ownership & Legal
You do. The land is registered in your name. You receive the original sale deed and all registration documents. Gomini manages the land on your behalf under a separate management agreement, but ownership remains with you.
Management & Operations
Gomini handles all agricultural operations including land preparation, planting, irrigation, pest management, pruning, fertilization, harvesting, and selling of produce. You don't need to do anything - that's what 'managed farmland' means.
Returns & Risks
Returns come from multiple sources: annual fruit harvests (starting year 5-7) and timber harvest (years 15-25). The intercrop income from years 1-5 is utilized by Gomini to cover farm management expenses including regular deweeding, manure application, irrigation, and overall maintenance-all provided at no additional cost to you. As a gesture of appreciation, Gomini may occasionally send complimentary vegetable baskets from your farm to your doorstep, though this is subject to seasonal availability and logistics. Actual returns depend on yields, market prices, and conditions. We cannot guarantee specific returns as farming involves inherent risks.
Investment Process
The minimum plot size is 1/4 acre (~10,890 sq ft). Contact us for current pricing for this and larger plot sizes.
Location & Crops
The Siliguri-Terai corridor offers fertile alluvial soil, abundant rainfall, favorable climate for timber and fruit crops, and excellent connectivity - just 10-20 minutes from Bagdogra Airport. It's an untapped agricultural region with significant potential.
